How students come across from Wonde
Once Wonde is connected, your students come across from the MIS. They arrive hidden, and you choose which ones teachers see. With From Wonde on, a teacher can also pick a student from your MIS, which nominates them for you to decide.

| Each student | First name and last name (the preferred names in your MIS), year level, and their Wonde and MIS ids. Names are encrypted before they're stored. |
| Never kept | Dates of birth, addresses, contact details, attendance, behaviour or grades. Superadjust keeps none of these. |
Staff names and school emails are read on request, when you look at staff or sync classes. Classes come across once a coordinator runs Sync classes. See classes and staff from Wonde.
Taking a student back out of what teachers see hides them again. All of their evidence and data are kept.

| Full sync | Reads every student again. It takes longer. Use it if something looks wrong after a sync. |
| Nightly | Every night at 1:30 am Sydney time, Superadjust syncs each connected school's students, then its classes if you have synced classes once. |
| Last synced | When the last sync ran, with how many students were added, updated and archived. |
You can keep working while a sync runs. While the school is read-only, Wonde doesn't sync.
- Each student's name and year level come from your MIS and update on every sync. On the student's record they're locked: change them in the MIS, because a sync would undo a change made in Superadjust.
- A student removed from your MIS is archived in Superadjust on the next sync. Their evidence is kept.
- A student put back in your MIS is brought back.
In Settings, Integrations, How students are added sets the ways in. Teachers see only the ways you turn on, and at least one stays on.

With adding by hand off, a teacher who tries to add a student is told the school adds students from its MIS, and picks them from the list instead.
