Website Privacy Collection Notice & Cookie Policy

What personal information Superadjust collects when you visit superadjust.com, and how we use cookies and similar technologies.

Effective 1 May 2025

1. About This Notice

This Website Privacy Collection Notice and Cookie Policy explains the personal information that Superhive Pty Ltd trading as Superadjust ("Superadjust", "we", "us", "our") collects when you visit our marketing website at superadjust.com (the "Website"), and how we use cookies and similar technologies on the Website.

This Notice supplements and should be read with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in detail how we handle personal information across our business. This Notice focuses on the Website specifically.

This Notice does not apply to the Superadjust platform at app.superadjust.com, which is covered by the Privacy Policy and the platform's own legal terms.

2. Personal Information We Collect Through the Website

When you browse the Website, we and our Website service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Device information (such as device type, operating system and screen size).
  • Referring page or source.
  • Pages viewed, time on page and basic interaction information.
  • Technical event information such as errors and performance metrics.

3. Information You Submit Through Forms

We collect information you submit through Website forms, including your name, email address, phone number if provided, school or organisation name, your role (such as teacher, coordinator or school leader), any notes or comments you choose to enter, referral source where relevant, and any opt-in or consent you provide for marketing or follow-up communications.

We use form submissions to respond to you, follow up where you have opted in, manage our waitlist, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small file that is stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) help websites work properly, remember preferences, support security, and understand usage.

At launch, the Website is designed to be light on cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to support session management, security and the basic operation of the Website. The Website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or other behavioural advertising technologies.

If we add analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will update this Notice and take reasonable steps to inform you, such as displaying a consent banner before those technologies are activated.

5. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to see what cookies are stored on your device, delete cookies, block all cookies or third-party cookies, and be notified before a cookie is set.

Blocking some cookies (in particular, strictly necessary cookies) may affect how the Website works for you. You can also use browser-level tracking-protection features and do-not-track signals. Where it is reasonable and practical to do so, we will respect those signals.

6. Waitlist and Marketing Communications

If you join our waitlist, your name, email address and any other information you provide will be processed by us and our waitlist provider, Loops. We will use your information to send you waitlist updates, product news and information about Superadjust, where you have opted in.

If you request a demo or otherwise contact us, we will use the information you provide to respond to you and to follow up about your enquiry.

Marketing communications are governed by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). All marketing communications are sent on the basis of consent or an established business relationship, clearly identify Superadjust as the sender, include a functional unsubscribe mechanism, and honour unsubscribe requests within five business days. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails or by emailing privacy@superadjust.com.

7. How We Share Information Collected Through the Website

Information collected through the Website may be shared with:

  • Vercel: our Website hosting provider.
  • Loops: our waitlist and marketing email provider.
  • Amazon SES: our transactional email provider, where we send a transactional email in response to your form submission.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
  • Regulators, courts or law enforcement: where required or permitted by law.

8. Where Information Is Held

Information collected through the Website is held with our Website hosting and service providers. Some providers may process limited information outside Australia, including in the United States. The Privacy Policy describes our overseas disclosure practices.

Information about students and the Superadjust platform itself is hosted in Australia using Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the Australia East region, separately from the Website. The Website does not display identifiable student information and marketing technologies are not installed on application pages.

9. How Long We Keep Website Information

We retain Website information only for as long as reasonably necessary, including analytics and performance information at an aggregate or short-term level, form submissions and waitlist entries until you unsubscribe or until they are no longer needed, contact and enquiry information until your enquiry is resolved or as otherwise needed for legitimate business reasons, and records required by law for the period required by law.

More detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Schedule.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you in connection with the Website, ask us to correct inaccurate personal information, ask us to delete personal information that we no longer need, unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, opt out of analytics by managing cookies through your browser, and make a privacy complaint.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@superadjust.com. The Privacy Policy describes our complaint and escalation process.

11. Children

The Website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Website, please contact privacy@superadjust.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

Information about students is handled inside the Superadjust platform, not the Website. Students do not log in to the platform. Information about how student information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website. The effective date will be updated when changes are made. Where a change affects how we collect information from you (for example, when we add new analytics or marketing technologies), we will take additional reasonable steps to inform you, such as displaying a banner or notice on the Website.
