Student records stored in Australia
- Hosted in Australia: Student records are stored on Microsoft Azure in Australia (Australia East). The providers that process any Superadjust data, and where, are listed in our Subprocessor List.
- Encrypted before storage: Stored data is encrypted at rest. Student names, DSM-5 diagnoses, the area to focus on, the adjustment level, notes and tags are encrypted again in the app with AES-256-GCM, and files are encrypted before storage.
- No AI training on your data: We don’t train AI on your data, ours or anyone else’s.
Only the right people
- Who can see a student: Teachers can see every student at your school. Coordinators see every student and teacher. No other school can see your school’s data.
- Role-based permissions: Teachers can edit or archive their own entries. The coordinator can do the same for any entry at the school, and only the coordinator can restore an archived one.
- Invitations that expire: Staff invitations expire after 30 days.
Nothing quietly lost
- Kept, not erased: Archiving an entry hides it instead of wiping it. A coordinator can restore it.
- Edits marked: Edited entries show (edited) on the record.
- Exports you can check: Every PDF and file in an evidence pack gets its own SHA-256 checksum, listed in the pack’s manifest.
Built to be checked
- Entries timestamped: Every entry is timestamped when it is logged.
- Files checked on upload: Each upload is checked against the allowed file types and, where the format allows, against what the file actually contains. Size limits apply.
- Hardened sign-in and API: Passwords are stored hashed, and requests to the app are validated.

Schools record the students who receive adjustments because of disability, and the evidence behind each one. The data is used to calculate the student with disability loading. The Guidelines ask for evidence in four areas, which Superadjust calls Need, Consultation, Adjustments and Monitoring.
