Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility goals, current position, and how to report an accessibility issue with the Superadjust website or platform.

Effective 1 May 2025

1. Our Commitment

Superhive Pty Ltd trading as Superadjust ("Superadjust") is committed to making our website and platform accessible to all educators, school staff and visitors, including people with disability.

Superadjust is software built for the Australian K-12 NCCD context. It exists to help schools and teachers support students with disability. We hold ourselves to the same standards we want to support in schools.

2. About This Statement

This Accessibility Statement explains our accessibility goals, our current accessibility position, and how to contact us if you experience an accessibility issue.

It applies to the Superadjust marketing website at superadjust.com and the Superadjust platform at app.superadjust.com.

This Statement should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the Website Terms of Use and the Teacher Platform Terms of Service or School Services Agreement (as applicable).

3. Standard We Are Working Towards

We are working towards compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our website and platform. WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard referenced in the Australian Government's Digital Accessibility Policy and is widely accepted as best practice for web accessibility.

4. What We Are Doing

We aim to design and build Superadjust so that text is readable with reasonable contrast and adjustable text size, information conveyed by colour is also conveyed by another means (such as text, icons or shape), keyboard navigation is supported throughout the platform, screen reader compatibility is considered in component choices and structure, forms have clear labels, instructions and error messages, focus states are visible and meaningful, consistent navigation, layout and naming conventions are used, and content uses plain English wherever reasonably possible.

We use accessibility tooling and practices including semantic HTML and accessible component libraries, automated accessibility checks during development where reasonably available, manual review of new features for accessibility considerations, responsiveness across common screen sizes, and iterative review of accessibility as the product evolves.

We review accessibility on an ongoing basis and prioritise improvements that have the highest impact on real users. We treat reported accessibility issues seriously and incorporate them into our roadmap.

5. Known Limitations

Superadjust is in active development. We are aware that some areas of our website and platform may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Known categories of limitation may include:

  • Keyboard navigation patterns that are not yet fully optimised in some complex flows.
  • Screen reader announcements for some dynamic interface elements.
  • Colour contrast in certain product surfaces.
  • Alt text on some marketing imagery.
  • Mobile responsiveness in some less-used screens.
  • Error message phrasing in some less-used flows.

6. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Superadjust is designed to be usable with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers (such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS), screen magnification tools, voice control tools, and browser accessibility settings, including text size and contrast settings.

Compatibility may vary depending on the version of the assistive technology, the browser and the operating system. If you experience issues with a specific configuration, please let us know.

7. Browser Support

Superadjust is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge.

Older browsers and older operating system versions may not provide the same accessibility experience.

8. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you experience an accessibility issue using superadjust.com or app.superadjust.com, we want to hear about it. Please send a description of the issue to privacy@superadjust.com.

To help us respond effectively, please include a description of the issue, the page or feature where you experienced it, the device, operating system and browser you were using, the assistive technology if any that you were using, and the impact on your use of Superadjust.

We will acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and will provide an indicative timeline for any fix once we have triaged the issue.

10. Review of This Statement

This Statement is reviewed when significant changes are made to Superadjust's website or platform that may affect accessibility, when changes occur in WCAG or relevant Australian accessibility frameworks, and at least once each year.

The effective date at the top of this Statement reflects the most recent change.

11. Contact

Accessibility issues and questions about this Statement can be sent to privacy@superadjust.com.
