How the NCCD counts the 10 weeks

Students

Weeks banked, as you log

Superadjust banks a school week as soon as a delivered Adjustments entry is logged. Nothing to count by hand.

How the 10 weeks are counted

Readiness

Need, Consultation, Adjustments, Monitoring

Each entry lands in its pillar as you log, and each pillar reads Nothing yet, Emerging, Developing, Strong or Audit-Ready.

Audit-Ready is a Superadjust readiness label, not an NCCD outcome.

Questions about NCCD spreadsheets

No. Schools need no new evidence for the NCCD, and its own templates are optional.

Turn each date into its Monday with =A2-WEEKDAY(A2,3), then count each student's distinct weeks with an Adjustment entry. The template does this but does not check Extensive runs.

It can be, for a small caseload one person keeps current. It gets harder when several teachers log for the same students: compare NCCD evidence software.

Not at the moment. Keep it as your record, add your students, and log from this week.
