Your teachers: the Teachers page and Staff
Coordinators have two places for staff. The Teachers page is for the work: who is logging, what is waiting and on whom. Settings, Staff is for access: who belongs to the school and in what role.

Each row is one person, with their students and when they last logged.

Filter by what is waiting: Sessions to confirm, Requests open, Answered, for you, or Nominations to decide
Sort with Waiting first, by name or by Last logged, or search by name or email
Choose a name to open their panel. It shows what's waiting on them (sessions to confirm, open requests), what's waiting on you (their answers and nominations), and their students, each with its first gap and Ask beside it.
Teachers
- Ask: a question about one student and one gap. See ask a teacher about a student.
- Remind [name]: shown when they have sessions to confirm. The panel then shows when you reminded them.
- More actions: Copy email address, Export [name]'s students' evidence, and Role and access, in Settings.
Choose Invite teachers on the Teachers page. Here's how invitations work.
Staff lists everyone with access to your school, under Coordinators and Teachers. A school has one coordinator.

| Coordinator | Sees every student at the school, decides who is included, asks teachers for evidence, and manages the school's settings. |
| Teacher | Logs evidence, adjusts resources and nominates students, for the students they teach. |
People who have left are listed with the date, and the entries they logged stay on students' records.
A teacher can open What your coordinator sees from the account menu. It shows their own row as it appears on your Teachers page, and what sits behind it: what's waiting on them, their students' gaps and what they've logged. Nothing else on your Teachers page is visible to them.
