The School page is the coordinator's home for the collection. It shows how complete the school's records are and counts down to Census Day. If you're new to the role, start with the NCCD coordinator role.

Open Requests to follow up on questions you've already sent
Open School in the side panel. Its header counts the days until Census Day, and it has three tabs: Readiness, Waiting on you and Requests.

| Readiness | Four numbers (Audit-Ready, Eligible, On track and Evidence progress) and the gap rows, such as students who need a level, a category or a documented parent or carer conversation. The numbers cover the students in the NCCD count. Choose Students in these numbers to widen them while you explore; the default is In the NCCD count only. Audit-Ready is a Superadjust readiness label, not an NCCD outcome. |
| Waiting on you | The decisions only the coordinator can make: nominated students to include or keep outside, and possible duplicate students. |
| Requests | Questions you have sent to teachers about a student, grouped as Answered, Waiting on teachers and Done. Ask a teacher about a student, or remind them. |
Teachers is its own page in the side panel: your staff list, with an Invite teachers button and a panel for each teacher. Sort it by Name A to Z, Waiting first (what's waiting on you, then what's waiting on them) or Last logged (most recent first). Projected funding is under School, on the School Plan and the school trial.
Without the School Plan, a coordinator is on Coordinator Free: 10 students open, the rest kept read-only, one school export a month, and Funding locked. The School Plan opens everything, and you can try it free for 30 days, no card.
