Best practices for schools

Roll out Superadjust across your school

A rollout goes best in this order: the school's calendar first, then students, then teachers, then a weekly rhythm. Each step builds on the one before.

Before teachers join

  1. Set the calendar

In Settings, School, enter your terms and non-school days and confirm the calendar, so weeks bank correctly from the start. See set up your school.

  2. Bring in students

Connect Wonde, or add students by hand. With Wonde, choose which students teachers see. See connect Wonde.

  3. Choose how students are added: by anyone, by you only, or from Wonde

  4. Set levels and categories for the students you already know are on your NCCD list

  5. Decide on AI help for everyone, in Settings, School

Bring your teachers in

  1. Open Teachers and choose Invite teachers. Paste the addresses and send. See invite colleagues.
  2. With Wonde, classes come across once you run Sync classes in Settings, Integrations, so each teacher finds their classes ready. See classes and staff from Wonde.
  3. Run a short staff session: the four pillars, logging one adjustment, and logging a consultation as its own entry. A weekly routine for teachers is a good handout.
  4. Check who has joined on the Teachers page. Invitations remind people who haven't accepted, 3 days after they're sent and again after 7, unless you turn that off in Notifications.

The first weeks

  • Decide on nominations under Waiting on you as they come in, so teachers aren't left waiting.
  • Look at Coverage after the first fortnight to see which classes have started. See Coverage and To check.
  • Answer questions early. Most gaps at the start are a missing consultation or monitoring note.

Every week

  1. Open School, then Readiness, and read the gap rows.
  2. Open Waiting on you and decide on nominations and possible duplicates.
  3. Open Evidence, then To check, and Ask the teacher about students whose evidence has stopped.
  4. Open Requests and choose Mark done on what's answered.

Then, term by term, follow the run-up to Census Day. To plan a rollout with us, book a call.
