Sync classes and match staff from Wonde

   Check with your IT contact that Superadjust has the Classes permission in Wonde

   Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Sync classes

   You can keep working while it runs.

   Read the result: how many classes are in your MIS, how many were added for teachers, how many students were placed, and any classes waiting for a teacher to be matched

• Staff: names and school emails (the work address, or the primary one). A home email is never used.
• Classes: each class's name, its students and who teaches it. Where several classes share a name, each shows as its subject and code.

After the first class sync, classes sync every night with the students.

• Their own copy of each class they teach, which only they see.
• Only students you have added to Superadjust are placed in a class.
• A teacher can rename their class, and take a student out of it for good.

A class reaches a teacher once they're matched to their MIS record. Most are matched by school email. Someone who joined with another address appears in Settings, Staff, under Match staff to, followed by your MIS's name, but only when Superadjust is sure it's the same person.

1. Open Settings, then Staff.
2. Under Match staff, check each pair, then choose Match, or Match all.
3. Run Sync classes again, so their classes reach them.

Matching ties a teacher to their MIS record and changes nothing else.

Wonde hasn't shared your school's classes with us yet

Your IT contact needs to approve the Classes permission in Wonde. Then sync again.
