| Feature | What it uses |
|---|---|
| Enhance | The note you typed and the first names of the students on the entry, and nothing else from their records. See Enhance. |
| Adjust Resource | What you describe or paste, and the student's year level, class, NCCD category, level of adjustment, diagnosis status, focus areas and notes. A diagnosis is used only when the status is Diagnosed. See Adjust Resource. |
For an imputed disability, the AI is instructed never to name a diagnosis.
- Both features run on Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service, in Australia East.
- We don't train AI on your data, ours or anyone else's.
- With Enhance, nothing changes in your note until you choose a change, and the note isn't saved until you log it.
- As the coordinator, open Settings, then School.
- Under AI help for everyone, turn off Enhance and Adjust Resource.
Off for the school means off for everyone, including the coordinator, and nobody can turn it on for themselves. Teachers see that it was turned off for the school.
