A weekly routine for teachers
A few short habits keep a student's record complete without a rush before Census Day. Logging is free and takes seconds, so the routine is mostly about doing it while you remember.

Log one Monitoring note for a student whose support has been running for a while: say what you saw, not only what you did
- Log an adjustment when you make it, in plain words: what you did differently, for whom. See log your first evidence.
- Answer any sessions under To confirm on Log, so routine supports count. See recurring supports.
- Log a conversation with a parent, the student or a specialist as its own Consultation entry. See log a consultation.
- A school week banks when it has at least one delivered Adjustments entry, so one entry a week is enough for that week.
- Readiness follows the weakest pillar, so a missing consultation or monitoring note holds the whole record back.
- Entries spread across weeks count for more than many entries in one week.
