Your school's data: where it's kept, how long, and how to download it

How it's protected

Superadjust is hosted in Australia. These student fields are encrypted by Superadjust itself before they reach the database:

• Student first and last names
• DSM-5 diagnoses
• Focus area
• Level of adjustment
• Notes and tags

Files added to entries are encrypted before they're stored. AI help runs on Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service, and we don't train AI on your data. No other school can see your school's data: see who can see what. The security page shows where your data lives, and the Privacy Policy names the providers we use.

While your account is active

Students, evidence and files aren't deleted because time has passed. They stay available to the people allowed to see them.

The data retention schedule sets out each stage, and the security page covers leaving Superadjust.

1. As a coordinator, open Settings, then Data and privacy.
2. Choose Download all school data.
3. Download the file. It comes with a manifest that lists what's in it.

Keeping NCCD records is the school's job

Schools keep NCCD records under their own obligations. Use the school data download and evidence packs to keep copies in the school's own records system.
