Sign in, reset a password and manage sessions

Sign in with the email and password you chose, or with Google or Microsoft. Passwords are at least 8 characters, and a new account's password also needs a letter and a number.

TeacherCoordinator

  1. Open the sign-in page and enter your Email and Password

  2. Leave Keep me signed in 30 days unticked on a shared computer

  3. Choose Sign in

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?

  2. Enter your Email and choose Reset password

Superadjust shows Check your email, and sends a link if an account exists for that address.

  3. Open the link and set a new password

The link works once; if it has stopped working, send another.

Change your password

  1. Open Settings, then Security

    Beside Password, choose Change.

  2. Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and choose Update password

  3. Superadjust emails you a 6-digit code

Enter it under Code from the email and choose Confirm. The code works for 30 minutes, and the new password applies once it's entered.

Signed in with Google or Microsoft only? Security says so, and there's no Superadjust password to change.

On this device

  • Stay signed in: in Settings, Security. Turn it off on a shared computer.
  • Keep unsent notes: a note you haven't logged stays if you reload the page. It's removed when you sign out.

Sign out

  • Here: open the account menu and choose Sign out.
  • Everywhere else: in Settings, Security, choose Sign out other devices. You stay signed in here, and each other phone or computer signs out when its session next renews. There's no undo.
