The School page: readiness across your school
The School page has three tabs: Readiness, Waiting on you and Requests. Readiness shows the school's dial, the students in each readiness band and the gaps to close, with a countdown to Census Day. Students in these numbers lets you choose which statuses count, such as the NCCD count only.
Each student's weeks and pillars live on the NCCD evidence tracker. The School page is the view above all of them.

The Teachers page lists your staff, with Teachers, Coordinators and Relief, and sorts by who logged last. Invite teachers takes a list of email addresses and sends one invitation to each, and you see Sent, Sent again or Already at your school against every address. Invitation links work for 30 days.

Ask a teacher about a student, and remind them
To check lists students with nothing logged for about two school weeks, with Log for the student or Ask their teacher. An ask goes to one teacher about one student and one topic, and the teacher is emailed in batches. Requests then tracks each one as Answered, Waiting on teachers or Done, and you can Remind or Withdraw.
You choose who to ask and when. Superadjust does not chase teachers for you.

When a teacher adds a student, they arrive under Waiting on you, and the student is not counted until you decide. Include starts NCCD tracking, Keep outside counts them out and deletes nothing, and Ask for more is there when you need the teacher's reasons first.

Funding
Funding: what your NCCD levels mean for your school
On the School Plan, the Funding tab estimates the loading for the levels your school has recorded. Choose a Scenario: Current, Under review or Projected. Export Counts by level as a CSV or a Planning summary as a PDF.
The 2026 student with disability loadings, per primary student a year, are $6,076 for Supplementary, $21,122 for Substantial and $45,137 for Extensive, and QDTP attracts none. These are the full loading amounts used in the Schooling Resource Standard, and the Commonwealth funds a share of them, not all of it. Source: Department of Education, Schooling Resource Standard. Questions about NCCD coordinator software
It gives the school's NCCD or learning support coordinator one view of every student's evidence. In Superadjust the School page shows readiness across the school, the students waiting on your decision and the requests you have sent, with a countdown to Census Day. The Teachers page shows who is logging. Teachers log evidence as they teach, and you see it build.
Yes. Each student has a readiness word for every pillar and overall, and the School page lists the gaps to close, such as students who need a monitoring note or a documented parent or carer conversation. Nothing is sent as an automatic alert, so a regular check is what catches them. Census Day is the first Friday in August, so the next one is expected on Friday 6 August 2027 (not yet officially published).
Ask one teacher about one student and one gap, or remind them about a request already waiting. You choose who and when. Superadjust does not send reminders to teachers on its own. The guide to sending a teacher a reminder shows each step.
A teacher adds a student, which arrives with you as a nomination to include or keep outside. You can add your students one at a time too.
Your school team decides, and you record it. Superadjust does not decide a level. Readiness shows how the evidence is building across the four pillars: progress, never a verdict. The NCCD asks for the highest level provided for at least 10 weeks in the 12 months before Census Day.
Yes, on the School Plan and its trial. The Funding tab estimates funding by level of adjustment and lets you compare scenarios and export them as a PDF or CSV. Projections are estimates only; funding is determined by the NCCD process, not by Superadjust.

Yes. A coordinator account is free: you see up to 10 students in full, and you get one whole-school export a month. Start the 30-day trial whenever you want to see the whole school.
The school drops back to Coordinator Free. No card was taken, so nothing is charged.
Yes. A coordinator can turn AI features off for the whole school, and each person can turn them off for themselves. Pillar tags come from the words in a note, not from AI. AI help runs on Azure OpenAI, and we don't train AI on your data. How Superadjust looks after student data has the detail.
No. Superadjust keeps the evidence and shows readiness. The principal, or an executive responsible for the data, approves it. Government schools then submit through their state or territory authority, and non-government schools through SchoolsHUB as part of the Non-Government Schools Census. The NCCD quick guide walks through every step.
No. Schools are not required to create new or additional evidence for the NCCD. Evidence is sighted in the form it already exists. Superadjust keeps what teachers already do, logged as they go.
