How fast will you respond?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time. Most messages get a reply the same day. If you've sent a question through the form below, check your inbox (and your spam folder) — our reply will come from a real human at hello@superadjust.com.
Can I book a demo before joining the waitlist?
Yes. Walkthroughs are 20 minutes, run live over Zoom or Google Meet, and are aimed at principals, deputies and NCCD coordinators evaluating Superadjust for a whole-school rollout. Email us with your school name and a couple of times that suit, and we'll send a calendar invite.
Do you sell to individual teachers?
Superadjust is free for individual teachers — no card required, no time limit. The school plan is a separate paid tier that adds the coordinator dashboard, gap alerts and Census Day readiness. If you're a teacher, the fastest path is to join the waitlist; if you're a school decision-maker, email us.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in Australia, encrypted at rest and in transit, and never used to train any third-party model. We're built around the Australian Privacy Principles. Full detail is on our Security page.
I'm a parent. Is this the right place to ask about my child's NCCD adjustments?
Probably not. Superadjust is the software your school uses to record evidence — we don't hold individual student records on behalf of parents. Please contact your child's school directly. If you're a parent advocate or peak body wanting to speak about NCCD broadly, we'd love to hear from you.
I'm a journalist or peak body — who do I talk to?
Email hello@superadjust.com with the topic, your deadline, and the questions you'd like answered, and we'll route it to the right person. We try to respond to journalist requests within four business hours.
